Job Summary
The largest integrated not-for-profit medical group practice and the first practice of its kind is in need of a Remote Performance Improvement Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with other PI personnel to meet education needs at all levels throughout the institution
- Organizing needed continuous improvement training and education
- Responding to unexpected situations with resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity and professionalism
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: nursing, business administration
- Knowledge and understanding of and demonstrated experience applying continuous quality/service level improvement concepts
- In-depth understanding of human relations, group dynamics, change theory, and improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of management principles and techniques, problem-solving methodologies and analytic techniques, basic statistics, data analysis and graphic displays of information
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of software such as spreadsheets, graphics and word processing
