Job Summary
A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Performance Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing performance management concepts, processes and systems
- Upgrading and enhancing performance management software
- Driving performance programs globally, increasing participation and positive outcomes
Qualifications Include:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or human resources management or equivalent
- Previous experience with performance management concepts, processes and software
- Experience with analyzing data and presenting concepts to executives through story telling
- Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
