Qualifications Include:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or human resources management or equivalent
• Previous experience with performance management concepts, processes and software
• Experience with analyzing data and presenting concepts to executives through story telling
• Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
