Job Summary
An exercise software company is in need of a Remote Performance Management Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Performance Management Workday workstream
- Leading the evaluation, enhancement, and re-imagination of the Performance Management process
- Developing and owning the Performance Management Calendar in partnership with People Partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years in a high growth gaming or tech company required
- Experience in leading Performance Management and Talent Planning processes
- Excellent program development and management skills
- Minimum 7+ years of Performance Management, Talent Management and People (HR) experience combined
- Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy
- Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently and deliver results in a complex global fast paced organization
