Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Performance Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing regular reporting on the performance of campaigns with actionable insights
• Leveraging these insights to develop and execute optimization action plans
• Setting up ad platform tracking and working closely with data and engineering teams to implement and test

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience developing performance marketing strategies
• Strong understanding and significant hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Google Analytics
• Experience in managing Google Shopping / Performance Max, Merchant Centre & Facebook Catalog Ads
• Experience with TikTok ads, Twitch ads, LinkedIn ads, Google Search Console
• Experience with campaign and audience management platforms
• Experience with analyzing performance via data analytics dashboards
