Job Summary

A developer of a kids money management application is filling a position for a Remote Performance Marketing Manager .

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reporting to the Head of US Performance Marketing
• Conversion rate optimization
• Working closely with Growth Product Manager and CRM team

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience owning successful performance marketing campaigns for paid search and paid social (other channels too)
• Data-driven, analytical mindset, comfortable with regular use of Excel/Google Sheets and extracting insights from analysis
• Experience managing marketing to specific CAC and LTV:CAC targets
• Thorough knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including best practices, trends, and software innovations
• Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop highly effective direct response creative through frequent iteration and testing
• Experience collaborating effectively with external agency relationships on a day-to-day basis
