Job Summary
An alternative asset trading platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Performance Marketing Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the creation and management of the audience growth strategy
- Employ a data-driven strategy to build and execute a test and learn roadmap across all channels
- Work closely with data and analytics to understand the customer’s journey
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years working in growth or performance marketing
- Experience working in tandem with other channels, including PR, Organic Social/Community
- Knows foundational metrics of growth: ROI/LTV/CAC
- Extensive use of data in decision making and experience with Tableau, Lookr, or other BI / reporting tools
- Experience with A/B testing, incrementality and marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
