Remote Performance Programs Director

Job Summary

A testing and training organization is seeking a Remote Performance Programs Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Focus on executing on systems & processes to proactively improve client experience & capture client wins
• Ensure we constantly go above and beyond and blow minds so that our customers cannot stop talking about their Programs
• Ensure relationships with all clients are excellently and proactively handled

Required Skills:

• Obsessed with creating premier client journeys
• Know how to design, run, and scale exceptional client experience from point of sale to completion
• Constantly thinking through the lens of client-focused KPIs, such as: Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT), Client Completion %, etc
• Ability and the drive to be both external-facing to the client and internal-facing in leading program operations management
