Job Summary

A provider of outsourced BPO services has an open position for a Remote Permanent Inbound Customer Service Representative in Toledo.

Must be able to:

• Trace through tech support or assisting a global leader in security
• Provide clients with the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with other members of staff

Qualifications Include:

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating online resources
• High quality customer service skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to successfully pass a thorough background check, to include criminal background, credit history, and drug screen
• Post-secondary education preferred
