Job Summary
Personal finance coaching service offering one-on-one assessment, goal setting and coaching to achieve individual personal financial goals seeking administrative support largely focused on document and spreadsheet development and formatting. Including but not limited to:
--Checklists that can be used by client and coach as an initial baseline and can be updated at least annually to demonstrate progress toward financial goals.
--Client Data Profile: template for client to complete in advance of coaching session and email to client
--Monthly Budget Spreadsheet: focused on current budget allocation and future target allocation. Spreadsheet that and allows both client and coach to calculate by category
--Financial Health Check-up Summary: a scorecard used to assimilate all of the data inputs from client data sheet, recent pay stub, credit report and monthly budget to review client's current situation to their goals. Will want to indicate priority for action of each item. Meant to be an annual review to track progress.
--Other data tables and spreadsheets to come
--First step is getting the active/responsive forms built, functional, and attractive.
--Second, there will be ongoing support to operationalize and develop process for use--how to best implement the forms/sheets, collect data and use with email/newsletters.
--Both parts may be done by one person if the right fit. Two people, if not.
--expertise in document formatting for data tables, spreadsheets, checklists etc
--previous experience in finance related field and/or coaching documentation organization
