Job Summary

A legal firm is seeking a Remote Personal Injury Intake Attorney in Charlotte.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing intake inquiries from potential clients to determine if the firm will accept the case
  • Serving as a point of contact for the resolution of client issues and complaints
  • Providing legal guidance to the firm's Case Management department as needed

Required Skills:

  • Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school
  • Admission in good standing to NC State Bar
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ NC plaintiff or defense personal injury practice experience
  • Ability to evaluate viability of case and whether or not the firm should accept the case
