Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Personal Lines Customer Care Representative in Milwaukee.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling billing and claims inquiries from policyholders and agents
- Processing personal lines endorsements and quotes for insureds.
- Providing assistance in other phone queues based on volume and departmental needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
- 2 years providing customer service in that industry
- 2 years of endorsement entry experience
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to generate certificates of insurance at the caller's request
- Ability to make outbound calls to PL policyholders as needed
