Job Summary
An insurance and finance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Personal Lines Direct Distribution Retention Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls from current policyholders to perform various retention-related activities
- Contact policyholders after their claim has been closed to provide a service review
- Contact customers to save policies from cancellation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must acquire the required state licenses within the time period
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Knowledge of property/casualty and life insurance products, insurance processing systems
- Knowledgeable in all states and products including new sales, policy maintenance and processing
- Proven ability to operate personal computer and business software
