Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Personal Lines Insurance Service Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing an enhanced level of customer service to our partner agencies
- Maintaining client relationships
- Retaining existing business and promoting new business
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates Degree or Technical or specialized knowledge or equivalent, related experience
- Prior P/L experience
- Strong endorsement processing experience
- Strong typing and overall computer skills (MS office/outlook/chrome)
- Knowledgeable about services offered by keeping up with procedure changes
