Job Summary

A computer technology company is in need of a Remote Personal Technology Expert.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and greet customer or partner sales representative
  • Review ticket in customer service tracking application
  • Determine the scope of issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service
  • Hardware/Software technical support skills
  • Troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 Platforms to the registry level
  • Work with home networks (wired and wireless) using multiple network technologies
  • Internet connectivity using cable, DSL, satellite, dial-up
  • Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
