An American diversified company is filling a position for a Remote Pet Care Consumer Relations Specialist I in Portland.
Must be able to:
- Handle routine consumer inquiries/complaint
- Enter consumer complaint data into a claims database
- Assist Consumers in placing orders

- 1-3 years experience or combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills
