An animal health company is filling a position for a Remote Pet Hospice Client Care Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain responsibility for ongoing patient care and client communications
- Serve as liaison with our interdisciplinary team
- Offer support, guidance, and education to clients
