Job Summary
An animal indemnity company is filling a position for a Remote Pet Insurance Call Center Retention Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling real-time escalations on the phone
- Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications to full completion
- Analyzing customer behavior by gathering information
Qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of two years in a call center environment
- Great understanding of a first-time close sales experience
- Ability to interface with a wide range of customer types
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
