Job Summary
An animal indemnity company is seeking a Remote Claims Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide direct email communication to client inquiries
- Assist in data entry of all received claim submissions
- Review medical records, lab results, invoices, and claims forms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to provide above and beyond customer service
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite
- Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform tasks
- Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery
- Subscription to reliable high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
- Access to cable and phone lines from your home workspace or office
