Job Summary

An animal indemnity company is seeking a Remote Claims Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide direct email communication to client inquiries
  • Assist in data entry of all received claim submissions
  • Review medical records, lab results, invoices, and claims forms

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to provide above and beyond customer service
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to MS Office Suite
  • Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform tasks
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery
  • Subscription to reliable high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
  • Access to cable and phone lines from your home workspace or office
