Job Summary
A pet insurance provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pet Insurance Customer Retention Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Working to find a solution to help customers keep their pets protected
- Educating our current customers on how they can utilize their policy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 1 year of successful Customer Relations or Customer Retention experience in a fast-paced call center
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, and Dynamics CRM
- Ability to address customer questions and concerns
