Job Summary
An animal indemnity company has an open position for a Remote Pet Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support to our policyholders over the phone, email and chat
- Handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls (65+/day)
- Working with policyholders to understand and address all claim outcomes, billing and coverage inquiries
Qualifications Include:
- A minimum of two (2) years in a customer-facing role
- Proficient in applications such as phone applications, G-Suite applications and various Internet browsers
- Time management skills to independently complete your customer follow-ups while answering inbound calls
- Patience and confidence when working with policyholders who need an extra helping hand
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and operate multiple computer systems simultaneously
