Job Summary
An insurance provider is seeking a Remote Pet Insurance Policy Administration Associate.
Must be able to:
- Provide support to our policyholders through policy changes such as scheme, state and copay/deductible updates
- Review billing inquiries and process refunds, create invoices or transfer funds as needed
- Offer solutions to Member Experience Associates with regard to internal systems and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative or clerical/data entry role
- Professionalism and empathy are vitally important to our bran
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to apply critical thinking
