Job Summary
A veterinary pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pet Owner Care Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing day to day call center activities, assign tasks and review advisor work at regular intervals
- Coordinating Pet Owner Care Team schedules to ensure adequate phone coverage at all times
- Ensuring through pro-active measures, that departmental customer satisfaction and Key Performance Indicator goals are attained
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrate effective training and coaching of peers
- Demonstrate sound judgement during chaotic or stressful situations
- Show strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently
