A staffing and recruiting firm is seeking a Remote Petrochemical Talent Recruiter in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and executing passive and active sourcing strategies
- Working closely with hiring managers
- Managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in a corporate and/or third party provider
- Proven track record of successful recruitment for varying roles in a fast-paced, dynamic
- Experience working closely with hiring managers
- Strong experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
- Ability to effectively manage a busy workload
