A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharma Contracts Attorney in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as single point of contact for all NDAs and confidentiality agreements
- Creating, revising, and implementing contract templates for negotiations
- Handling negotiations, as well as escalations to client
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years experience with life sciences contracts
- Experience drafting contracts templates
- Experience managing junior attorneys or paralegals
- A JD from an accredited law school and good standing in the state of practice
- In-house experience required
