Job Summary
A clinical research organization is seeking a Remote Pharma Custom Analytics Client Engagement Lead .
Must be able to:
- Solve strategic and tactical sales and marketing issues across life science, biotechnology, and healthcare industries (including familiarity with leveraging Payers, Provider and Patient data as applied to one or more aspects of Commercial Effectiveness including Sales Force Optimization, Marketing Effectiveness, Managed Care or Patient Centric Analytics)
- Work in highly collaborative environment with other internal business units and using Symphony Health proprietary data and methodologies for custom analytics and as need (key areas of internal interface include Technology, Business Development, Client Solutions Teams and other Practice areas)
- Demonstrate excellent executive poise, presence, and relevance to executive leadership, up to the levels of CEO, CxO, at the world’s premier Pharmaceutical and Healthcare companies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering (Biomedical or other focus), Business Analytics, Business Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or other healthcare-related graduate degree preferred
- Familiarity working with/across the range of Commercial Pharma stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in storytelling and creating compelling visuals for project delivery
- Basic understanding and experience with leveraging coding and programming such as SQL, SAS and R
