Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharmaceutical Business Development Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying, developing, and closing new strategic partners that will contribute meaningful membership growth
- Managing the day-to-day needs of partnerships, including growth efforts and performance optimization
- Owning the negotiation process for all partnership deals, creating favorable terms
Position Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of experience in business and partnership development
- A metrics driven and disciplined approach to evaluating partnerships
- Proven ability to drive customer growth / subscriptions through partnerships
- A new business / sales driven mindset paired with the ability to cultivate and grow accounts
- Relationships and experience in the healthcare industry a notable advantage
- Strong communicator with the ability to tell stories and be a great listener
