Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmaceutical Call Center and Contact Center Representative.
Must be able to:
- Receive inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Utilize multiple software systems to create Prescription cases
- Comply with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior call center experience
- Availability for remote workspace audits (via webcam or phonecam)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate while managing multiple software systems
- Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
