Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is in need of a Remote Pharmaceutical Contact Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Utilizing multiple software systems to create Prescription cases
- Meeting or exceeding government mandated timelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior call center experience
- Availability for remote workspace audits (via webcam or phonecam)
- Highspeed and reliable Internet connection
- Quiet and focused work environment
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
- Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications
