Job Summary

A global pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Monitoring return reason code and vendor policy to implement a restocking charge when applicable to the customer
  • Communicating vendor policies to internal and external staff when applicable or as needed on the denial of credit or return request
  • Administering returns process for vendors, and drop ship manufactures

Qualifications Include:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is needed
  • Well developed customer service and communication skills
  • Establishes realistic priorities; accurately assesses own time requirements for various projects/activities
  • Pursues commitments and action plans until the desired objective is achieved. Willingly expends extra effort when necessary to get the job done
