Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmaceutical Logistics Patient Services Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform inbound Phone Queue/General Program Inquires
- Process orders for wholesale orders
- Preform pharmacy triage and coordination
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3yrs experience customer service, medical billing/coding, benefits verification, healthcare, business administration or similar vocations
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Strong customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to build productive internal and external working relationship
