Job Summary
A pharmaceutical logistics company is seeking a Remote Pharmaceutical Patient Access Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Maintain confidentiality in regards to all patient sensitive information
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure services are performed in accordance with program policy
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of four years directly related and progressively responsible experience in customer service
- Basic analytical skills
- Advanced customer service experience
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
