Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Pharmaceutical Reporting Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze, understand and work/triage incoming data and reporting requests
- Focus effort on Pharma reporting issue resolution and root cause analysis
- Update operational decision and infrastructure support tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience working in a client facing role
- 1+ years Healthcare experience
- 4+ years User Acceptance Testing
- 2+ years experience in working in a professional services environment with client/stakeholder
- 2+ year of Project/Incident Management experience
