Job Summary

A pharmaceutical consultancy company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmaceutical Resource Management Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review Sales Pipeline to align resources to high probability future dated opportunities
• Monitor resource capacity within the Regulatory division and works with Regulatory Services Managers to resolve resourcing constraints
• Identify and mitigate resource gaps within the organization

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in clinical development and/or regulatory affairs area within the biopharmaceutical industry or a Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment
• Experience of managing resource and capacity planning in a services environment
• Knowledge of regulatory and medical publications terminology and lifecycle
• Ability to work in an international and cross functional environment
• Effective communicator with the ability to facilitate meetings and flow of information to/from internal stakeholders
