Job Summary

A clinical research company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmaceutical Sales Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Scanning, posting, and notifying fully-executed contractual documents on a daily basis
  • Creating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports along with special projects for internal SMEs
  • Supporting proposal development process ensuring our offerings are inline with client needs

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health sciences or related field
  • CRO, pharmaceutical or clinical research experience
  • Previous experience working in contracts, proposals or operations
  • High working knowledge with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience using computerized information systems and standard application software
