A staffing and recruitment agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharmaceutical Talent Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Discover, engage, and develop talent primarily in research and development
- Recruit for many types of positions within company
- Advise hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners on the talent landscape and search strategy
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years in HR talent acquisition
- Prior experience within BioTech and Pharma industries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work remotely.
