Job Summary
A global pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Pharmaceutical User Experience Incubation Lab Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Embrace a learning and growth mindset that contributes positively to a culture of critique, collaboration and honest reflection
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders across the business to harmonize customer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams through generative and evaluative activities to turn abstract ideas into insights
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field or
- High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience
- At least 4 years experience in digital design
- Experience in digital products or agile environments
- Experience with experience design tools for layout and journey mapping
