Job Summary
A healthcare technology company specializing in cloud-based software solutions for medical practices is in need of a Remote Pharmaceuticals Editorial Manager.
Must be able to:
- Measure and analyze staff workloads, workflow process effectiveness, and project effort trends to initiate changes designed to optimize staffing and increase efficiencies across the team
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of mobile advertising techniques, pharmaceutical marketing principles, and FDA compliance regulations to guide content decisions
- Evolve and maintain content policies for existing and emerging content channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing a team or desire to manage a team with proven track record of successfully managing cross-team initiatives
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (i.e. medical writing/editing or pharmaceutical copywriting/editing)
- Experience developing content for mobile web and/or native apps
- Proven ability to understand pharmaceutical client product lines, their features and benefits, marketing objectives, and the industry's competitive environment
- Proven ability to develop staff along varied career paths
