A pharmacy retail company is in need of a Remote Pharmacy Balance Rewards Call Center Specialist in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring all contacts receive efficient and courteous service
- Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls with customers, physician offices, etc
- Using a computer application to log and track inquiries
Qualifications for this position include:
- Basic level PC skills
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents).
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Search Engines skills
