Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is in need of a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Customer Care Associate II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in the mentoring and training of new staff
  • Performing follow-up tasks to ensure member or provider's needs are completely met
  • Updating self on ever changing information to ensure accuracy when dealing with members and providers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to educate providers on how to submit claims and when/where to submit a treatment plan
  • Ability to assist in the mentoring and training of new staff
  • Ability to listen and probe callers in a professionally and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls
