Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is in need of a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Customer Care Associate II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting in the mentoring and training of new staff
- Performing follow-up tasks to ensure member or provider's needs are completely met
- Updating self on ever changing information to ensure accuracy when dealing with members and providers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Customer Service Experience
- Ability to educate providers on how to submit claims and when/where to submit a treatment plan
- Ability to assist in the mentoring and training of new staff
- Ability to listen and probe callers in a professionally and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls
