Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is in need of a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 phone coverage for our partners and handles inquiries
- Identify customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- HS Diploma or GED
- MS Office Experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
