A business process outsourcing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharmacy Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering and entering data into computerized systems
- Providing 24/7 phone coverage for our partners
- Assessing calls to provide service immediately
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma or GED
- MS Office Experience – ability to proficiently use Word and Outlook
- Customer Service experience in a Call center environment is preferred
