A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Call Center Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing customer assistance for pharmacy related issues
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Documenting customer calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience working as a customer service associate
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be computer literate and able to work with different programs in screens
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
