Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Call Center Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the consistent application of policy and procedures
- Manage the day to day call center operations and advanced customer/issue escalations for the contingent
- Manage a team of approximately 15-25 contact center FTE and contingent agents
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of being in a leadership role
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- GED or High School required
