Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and complete referrals/applications in the CRM platform while adhering to policy changes
  • Resolve patient inquiries regarding their care journey and manage patient accounts from initial contact to final approval or denial
  • Make outbound calls for patient follow-ups and maintain quality support while educating callers
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and general pharmacy operations
  • 2-4 years of customer-facing or call center experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products and video conferencing tools
