Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Pharmacy Care Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Answer and resolve patient inquiries within committed time frames
- Promote drug compliance
- Participate in administration of patient's pharmacy care plan
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare related call center environment, physician's office or social service environment
- Requires a high school diploma
- Strong time management, organizational skills, initiative, professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
