A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting directly with customers to answer questions
- Maintaining our company’s reputation for high-quality service
- Effectively handling incoming or outgoing phone calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 year experience in a customer service role or 1 year pharmacy experience
- Six months work experience with Windows-based applications
- Computer keyboarding skills and aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
