Job Summary
A managed healthcare and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Handle and record inbound pharmacy calls
- Provide coordination and processing of pharmacy prior authorization requests
- Explain Point of Sale claims adjudication
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
- Able to maintain specific quality and quantity standards
