Job Summary

A managed healthcare and benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Handle and record inbound pharmacy calls
  • Provide coordination and processing of pharmacy prior authorization requests
  • Explain Point of Sale claims adjudication

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
  • Able to maintain specific quality and quantity standards
