Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Service Representative in Jacksonville Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility and prescription status
• Guide and educate callers on prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders
• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively while documenting required information

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED OR equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in compassionate manner
