Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Pharmacy Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting in development, maintenance and growth of assigned accounts
  • Processing any special production requests sent in from the customer via phone, CRM, or email
  • Working closely with other departments as production needs arise

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years pharmacy support and/or pharmacy accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
