Job Summary

A consumer healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Pharmacy Operations Supervisor in San Francisco Bay Area.

Must be able to:

• Manage performance expectations with our front end patient support staff
• Find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
• Establish requirements for reporting, and work cross-functionally to implement and deliver those reports

Required Skills:

• 2+ years experience leading health care operations teams
• Knowledge of and ability to use and apply medical terminology
• Knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records
• Ability to solve problems and identify solutions
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the patient care team
